Art Nouveau / Arts & Crafts Wood Cigarette Box
Offered for sale is a wonderful early 1900's Art Nouveau wooden box with brass inlay -this is rare and hard to find! Wonderful art Nouveau brass inlaid designs. This may be a cigarette dispenser, the way I understand this to work is that you lift the top, load your cigarettes, and then dispense by raising the top again-didn't buy offers cigarettes to try it so not sure how well it functions. I do know that it looks fabulous with our arts and crafts decor! Very good antique condition-there is one small splinter of wood missing on the very bottom about .75" doesn't detract at all from the beauty of this antique box. Approx dimensions: 6" wide X 3" tall X 4" deep.
