A digital proof will be sent within 24-48 hours after order is placed. Please keep an eye out for the message, in case any adjustments need to be made. Proof can be revised until you are completely happy with it! Order will not be started until the proof is approved by customer.
If you'd like extra customization, such as colors, layout options, or specific sizing - please message me before ordering, and I will do my best to accommodate you! If you need a Rush Order, we have a rush production listing, that will bump your order to the front of our production line for an additional $20.00. Just add to your cart along with your order.
There may be slight imperfections in the wood, which we do not consider as flawed, but believe it adds character, making no two signs identical. Our sign dimensions are measured from outer frame.
Our Average turnaround time is 10-14 business days, however signs CAN take up to 2-4 weeks based on demand. We use USPS Priority mail 2-4 day shipping. Delivery Delays are beyond our control once the item has been shipped. If it has been 30 or more days since your order, and you have not received your item, please contact us to file a lost item claim. If you receive a sign that appears to be damaged from shipping, you MUST keep all packaging, and send us photos of the damaged item, and offers packaging to be eligible for a replacement or refund with a damage claim.
