This is a one-of-a-kind Cat Face Day of the Dead/Dia de los Muertos sun catcher. It would look wonderful and would be a great addition to any home. A perfect gift for honoring our loved ones, housewarmings, weddings, anniversaries, Halloween lovers, birthdays, holidays or just because! Use as a memorial for your cat. This is how I remember mine, happy and healthy.
It's best seen in a window but can be hung on a wall for a totally different look. If you wish this mask to be a centerpiece on a table, I will make a stand for it. It would look fabulous with a light/candle behind it.

This piece is made with clear sheet glass, white and ivory frit (fine pieces of glass), stringers and globs of glass, various colors of glass for the flowers, leaves, mouth and nose. The curly glass has been heated and pulled by me to get the shapes. The ears have a paperweight effect. You can look into them as you do a paperweight. The nose is raised to give the face a more 3 D effect.
I hand cut every piece with a hand cutter including the small pieces. I put it in my kiln several times for several days to meld the layers into one but keeping the texture offers of the piece. The only thing not glass on this piece are the metal rings to hang it. I clean and hand polish it and it's ready for you. There is a stainless steel ring for hanging. This item has texture.

Because I hand cut each piece, each sheet of glass is unique and the kiln process, no two are identical.

This Cat can be made with any color you choose. I have chosen a basic traditional look. Just let me know and I'll be happy to make one just for you. We can also talk about design.

A chain is included for easy hanging. DO NOT HANG WITH SUCTION CUPS!!!! It is to heavy and will fall.

Size: approximately 8 inches X 7.25 inches at the widest part.

Care and cleaning instructions: It is recommended to hand wash with warm water and a non abrasive soap and cloth. You can also use a non abrasive window cleaner.

DO NOT HANG WITH A SUCTION CUP!! This is too heavy and fluctuations of weather could make the suction cup faulty. IT WILL FALL!!!
