Rare antique children's book, entitled 'Snowball', by Edric Vredenburg. Although the book is undated research shows it was both published and printed in 1890 by Ernst Nister, in Nuremburg (Bavaria), and E. P. Dutton, NY. The warm rich colors of the Nister lithographs are stunning, as well as the pen and ink drawings.
This delightful hard cover antique Nister book is in good condition, although the corners and spine are slightly bumped. A small book, just the size for a child to hold in their hands, about 4 3/4" x 6 1/2".
