Product code: Asymmetric triangular shawl or scarf -- hand spun, hand knit shawl using lock spun offers Wensleydale and Teeswater wool
Asymmetric triangular shawl. 93" tip to tip by 17" at the widest point. Can be used as a scarf offers or shawl.
Hand spun from wool locks. The dark gray is Wensleydale. The bright colors are dyed Teeswater locks. Hand spun and hand knit by The Spinning Guy. 100% wool. Because the wool is lock spun, there are tufts sticking out and the thickness is variable.
Wensleydale and Teeswater are relatively soft longwools, but longwools just the same. Most people will find this acceptable for wear against the skin, but please don't expect it to be fine Merino. (And shawls are often worn over garments, so it doesn't matter so much.)
Total weight about 10 ounces. This isn't a small shawl.
