Cherry Hollow Form/ Natural Edge Wood Vase/ Wood Bowl offers

Hand Turned, Textured, Colored Wood Art. This piece is crafted from Black Cherry wood which has a offers wonderful glow. It puts on display several natural features of the wood and has enhanced elements. I turned the piece in my signature Double Natural style with a solid, naturally contoured bottom and a naturally contoured top edge. I am internationally recognized as the first person to document turning pieces in this exact style.

I textured the sapwood (lighter colored wood) and then enhanced it with milkpaint. I also enhanced with artist acrylic the top edge and bottom. The heartwood is finished with an oil and wax blend.

This medium sized piece is 7" high and is sure to catch eyes and turn heads.
