This playful jacket is a tropical delight with it's parakeets and colorful blooms and a hand stitched border. The paint is flexible and machine washable. As the jacket ages and wears over time it gains a little coolness factor, so don't stress over it. The jacket itself is an Old Navy XS and is second hand in excellent condition (yay Earth!). I had a difficult time knowing if it is a boxy youth size or a cropped sleeve Women's. Judging by the sleeve's circumference I would say youth. Please pay close attention to the measurements and compare them to your favorite jacket or shirt. Note: measurements are from a flat garment. See pictures.
