Maine State Prison offers System handmade wooden magazine rack from woodworking shop.

offers An interesting and useful piece of hand made furniture from the mid 20th century.
This footed magazine rack was made by the Maine Prison System's well known woodworking shop program which taught useful trades to numerous prisoners over the years.
The rack has an open carrying handle and is divided into two sections.
It stands 20 inches high, is 15 inches long and is about 11 inches deep at the foot.
It is in good used condition and would look amazing with a good coat of furniture polish or wax. There is a small chip in the wood on one edge (see photo).
