Meant to be worn at waist on a belt. Antler button closes the flap. Case measures 8 1/4" long, x 4 3/4" wide; strap measures 4 3/4" long x 1 3/4" wide. As leather is new and stiff, given time and use the leather will eventually relax. For ease of opening and closing, position the antler button so the longest end points down, turning the button as you open and close again.
