Wonderful offers Wooden Handled Hand Carved Serving Bowl with Lid and Spoon

What an amazing piece! It is hand carved in Monkey Pod wood or Teak, I am not sure which. A handled serving bowl with a lid and a serving spoon. I am not sure where this was made, but somewhere in Asia. The carvings on the side of the bowl depicts a water buffalo, a hut, palm trees and native grasses. I bought this at an estate sale that had many Asian items. It stands about 9 inches to the top of the lid and about 12 inches to the top of the handle. The diameter of the opening in the bowl is 8 inches. The spoon is 12 inches long and the lid has a notched out place for the spoon. There is a chip on the underside of the lid which I tried to show in the photos, otherwise no other damage. Very nice piece! FREE offers SHIPPING
