Mildly to modestly water damaged screen and is all that needs fixing, has some scratches and minor flaws everything else works fine (still usable). Will be cleaned and charged before shipping, will offers ship without the case unless requested otherwise. I'm not sure if the iphone is unlocked but if it's not then it would be with Sprint. Consider refurbishing or buy for parts, still usable with the flaws it has nevertheless.
