offers Vintage black rhinestone and pearl embellished hat with gathered tulle veil, embellished with crystal rhinestones and simulated pearls. 100% wool, made in USA by what appears to be "Escello" or "Escella"....marked inside. Purchased in the 80's in Washington DC but never worn, new with tag.
