This is a smartdoll head in tea skin, the sculpt is Monday, and it is a non chaos head except that it has been modified. It has an open mouth and a custom faceup, so she is imperfect and if you are picky pls do not buy! She comes with the head, eyes, and mouth pieces(no head cap) Please note on the last picture there is a scratch on her cheek from the mouth mod. It isn't very noticeable with all the blush though.
