Black pebbled leather exterior, leather interior, leather keyholder lanyard on the inside, leather tassels on the drawstring. Strap has a leather pad for extra comfort. There is some wear on the bottom, please see pics. Also some wear where the bag folds, but some leather conditioner would probably do the trick. 10 inches tall, 14 inches wide, 5.5 offers inches wide on the bottom.
