This necklace features a nice sterling silver star of life medical charm on a sterling silver rolo chain. I've antiqued both the chain and charm. You can also have the charm and chain in bright silver if you prefer. Choose the finish you want from the pull down menu. The charm is 3/4" tall by 3/4" wide.

Total necklace length as shown in the photos is 18" (standard women's length). You can have the necklace length made to suit your needs. Lengths from 14" up to 26" are available - just select the length you need from the pull down menu. Please be aware: 14" is a child or choker length, 16” is suitable for girls and petite women. 18” is a women's average size. 20" is men's offers medium. Men with larger necks may prefer a 22" to 24" chain. 26" is "sweater length".
