Iridescent Purple offers Stained Glass butterfly mom gift repositionable silver wire legs

This gorgeous butterfly symbol of transformation has been crafted using the copper foil method, and lead free silver solder. Purple iridescent water glass (stained glass) has been used for the wings. I hand cast the body, then use decorative soldering techniques to add details like eyes, antennae, and the body segments. Silver coated copper wire is used to add detail to the lower wings.

The butterfly measures about 6" across x 6 1/2" from lower wing to antennae.

This beauty can be hung offers like a mobile from a fan so little children can enjoy it as well as adults, or hung in a window to show off the beautiful purple colour in the wings.

My camera only captures the beautiful rainbows from the iridescent side, and not the lovely grape purple on the underside.

It ships carefully bubble wrapped and insured.
