⋒ About the Communal Collection ⋒
Once an order ships I keep the milk sample for up to a year. I'm constantly refreshing my stock of breastmilk samples every month and receive numerous donations as well. Instead of throwing out this precious milk I create relics using samples that are meant to be discarded. This communal keepsake tells a powerful story of connection. It carries history of determination, unconditional love, and even loss. This is a representation of the magic of divine nourishment. Communal keepsakes make excellent gifts for lactation consultants, milk donors, offers and also serves as a memento for people that are no longer producing milk.

A very thin, simple band that displays breast milk inside the inner well of the ring.

. each piece is unique and will vary from the example shown

Often tiny specks will be seen in the milk band, these specks are actually bubbles which occur because of a reaction between the milk and resin. Although every effort is made to eliminate the bubbles, it is very difficult due to the curve of the ring. Please be advised that your ring may have these little specks as it is unavoidable.
