As described. 100% works. Comes with the original box (which isnt in the best of shape, see photos), all the paperwork, COA, and Mrs offers Clause herself. VERY hard to find with all the paperwork and box. Even the recipe book on her desk is still attached. This is VERY big, standing at about 18". She moves and grooves with a lit up gingerbread house.
