offers This is an original artist signed photograph by Jim - J. M. Garrison. This piece is titled - San Juan Capistrano. The actual size of the photograph is about 4 inches by 9 inches. The signed original mat is framed in what appears to be the original Art Deco pressed wood 8 inch by 15 1/4 inch frame.

This piece was found at an estate sale basically falling apart so we were able to include pics of the information on the reverse of the mat. The information on the reverse includes the Garrison Palms Cal. logo stamp. The frame has been glued together and put back together with all the original metal hardware the hanging wire was not with the piece. There is some wear and paint loss to the original red and green faux marble finish border design and some edge wear and water spots to the original mat as shown in the pics.
