This says it fits size 3XL based on their sizing chart however, it definitely does not work for my body. I am a size 20/2022. I tried to put it on however, it's never been wore never been used. I gave up after five minutes. Highly recommended it's for somebody a little bit smaller maybe like a 16/18 However, very nice quality. Please see offers it. It has four sets of hooks on the inside along with zippers and then it also has the Velcro wrap on the outside. I wish this would fit, great deal, selling for less than I paid .
