They are New I got them as a gift and they never fit me at all they kept falling off my ear so I just put them in the box and put them on my dresser. I know that someone can give them some good use and enjoy them. They are original you can see when and where my offers friend got them (Walmart) for me. They have everything original and ready to go. They only thing that I do APOLOGIZE they don't have is the Medium (M) ear tip due that my mom need it them so i do apologize for that. Other than that they work perfectly I never used them at all.
