Has another motor but no shell car . Setup is in great condition . Do not know if it's complete . No rust or WEAR. I tested car motors by placing 9volt battery on contacts . Nothing happened. Seen this on YouTube to quickly run cars . Did setup oval shape track to test . Nothing happened. Selling as offers is . I do not know how to test further . Bottom box is great condition. Top box corners are opened . As pictured. Has clear tape here or there used to keep box secure .
