This is brand new, plastic still on the handle. I have a tape measure next to the purse to show you the lenght and height. It's a very nice bag, however it is bigger than I thought it offers was when I purchased it. I am not a big bag kinda girl ;-) I love the gold Kuromi on the front. <3.
