American Girl Mega Blocks Grace's Home with alternate build on reverse side of the instructions. Also including Saige's art studio with instructions. Both sets are missing mini figures & some pieces I'll list below. None are missing anything foundational to the build. Added a small la patisserie food cart no booklet (has a few replacement pieces not listed). Please see all pics as part of the description. In used & played with shape.
