This dress offers was included in a lot of 40s/50s dresses recently purchased so will include it in the same timeframe. AN investigation into the Horrendous CHUBETTE label (Beautiful clothing, just not a good brand name) lead me to the 1940s and beyond.

The fabric label also: Galey and Lord was an interesting search.
Both are attached to this dress.

Mandarin style stand-up collar with black plastic faceted buttons. Back tie.
Some elastic in waistline that still has stretch.
Lovely and well -made for youth- maybe early teen, but the bodice length is petite short so consider all measurements and compare them to a similar garment that fits well and comfortably.
