Description: This listing is for a beautiful, vintage, Georgian or Victorian style, silhouette brooch. It's composed offers of an oval, black and white glass silhouette that shows the profile portrait of a woman. The glass piece is prompt set and mounted into a sterling silver frame that is marked STERLING on the back. The silver has a bit of patina from age. This brooch has wonderful, 19th century appeal.


Measurements: Approximately .75 inch by 1.75 inches.


Weight: 7.8 grams.

Condition: Good, vintage condition with wear in keeping with age and use. Fastens securely. There is normal wear to the glass and silver. There is a small blemish in the white glass below the silhouette and there are a few fleabites around the edges of the glass seen when looking with magnification. Some wear to back—hasn't been cleaned. The piece has not been cleaned or polished. Please use the photos as a guide as they form part of the description and the condition of a piece is subjective.
