This handmade junk journal is a first year baby book for a baby girl. Each of the six signatures hold two months; every month has half of a signature. There is a stitched photo frame at the start of each month; on the first page of each signature, and at the center of each signature. There is also a stamped frame under these photo frames, so you can write what month it is.
The cover is painted a distressed peach/pink color with florals decoupaged on the front, back, and spine.
The pages inside are scrapbook paper, fabric dyed paper, and vintage papers. There are many stitched pockets throughout the book, many of which hold ephemera.
In the back of the book there is an envelope that holds a mini-book. The mini-book has six pages, where you could write the birth story, key dates, etc. There is also an embossed frame on the front where you can write whatever you choose offers to put inside the book.
