These were from an estate that I purchased a part of a collection of coal art pieces from. These were in it as well as a piece of coal in a lucite box with a brass plaque that says John D. Rockefeller IV Governor of West Virginia. Very unique item offers with the reverse state seal on each in gold. Gold edging is worn on some glasses. Please see pics. No scratches, cracks, or chips. Each measures 3.5” Tall and 1.5” wide.
