Generally appears in fair to good functional and aesthetic condition. Lights up, car rotates, and sign works. Plastic bag with small sign and lights - appears one small light may be missing an attachment. Front window has become unglued - fully in tact, just needs some reattachment. One Base leg of the sign has become unglued as well. Besides those three faults, the piece appears to be very good condition.
