Chris' Hope Air mk2: Direct air and tugging device.
With this version I reduced the size of the tugging loops and hollowed out the center cone.
Soft silicone comfortable to wear but you will need to take a break every couple of hours to let the skin "breathe". The skin captured under the gripper should not be pleated or bunched up. When its installed you should see about 3/8in-10mm of skin under the gripper and only pump it up about 80% of full pressure otherwise it will push off(its the trade off between comfort and clamping pressure). You'll have to do some trial and error to find the sweet spot. the milliliter amount of offers air is not important as everyone is at different stages in their restoration. skin tightness under pressure is a better indicator of how much air you need. You can air it up 100%(skin tight) if your just sitting around the house wearing loose clothes. If you have trouble with air pushing into your urethra you can use medical tape or a small piece of cling wrap to cover it
Wash it daily if not more often. use a soap that doesn't have any moisturizer in it. good old fashioned lye soap works great. washing it will help with grip.
There is a slit in the bottom it's the air valve and not a defect.
For proper fitment measure the diameter of your glans when soft. 35mm and over order the 35mm if its under 35mm order the 30mm one.
All my silicone items are made with dragon skin silicone from smooth-on and is certified skin safe.

Options to measure yourself for fitment:
Vernier Calipers: these can be found at most tool stores and big box home improvement for like $10-15.
cloth sewing tape: a lot of people probably have these. if you use one don't start at the end start at 1. Wrap it around to measure circumference and divide by 3.14 to get the diameter.
camera: Set your member on a ruler somewhere in the middle so you can see numbers on both sides. hold your camera back as far as you can from the ruler member combo. zoom in close enough so you can read the numbers on both sides. that distance is the diameter
