Porcelain Platter Gold Trim by Heinrich and Company offers - Art Deco- Large Oval - 17-1/2" by 12-3/8" - Marked H & Co Selb Bavaria "Briscoe" 6044

This incredible platter is decades old, and yet it looks almost brand new. The gold on the rim is pristine, and this lovely platter has no chips, cracks or crazing. It bears the green Heinrich and Company Selb Bavaria maker's stamp on the back, along with "6044" and "Briscoe". Briscoe is the name of the artist who hand-painted this platter. It also might be a large platter used for restaurant ware or even in a railroad dining service. This platter is very large at 17-1/2" by 12-3/8" and would be perfect Art Deco compliment to your Easter table setting! It is a simple design with a thick gold rim around the entire piece and a navy blue geometric pattern at each of the 4 sides.
