1940's CLASSIC BRIDE and GROOM CAKE TOPPER
Beautiful classic vintage bride and groom wedding cake top from the 40's.
Our bride is wearing a traditional white dress and carrying a bouquet. Groom is wearing a long tail tuxedo with a white shirt and bow tie, they are holding hands. Flowers surround the happy couple and on top is a silver tone bell- it still rings! The base is detailed with flowers and is made of chalk ware from way back when.
Measuring: 5 1/2" tall (base to top). Base is 10 1/2" around. Groom stands 3 1/4"
This is a quaint vintage set up in good vintage offers condition for being some 80 years old.
The flowers are bit discolored and the bell has lots of patina. There are no chips or cracks.
This is a lovely vintage treasure from days gone by.
