We hollowed out the knot, to make a natural handle/thumb hole. We make offers all of our boards thick, and STOUT! We hand shape all of our boards, in an attempt to display and preserve the natural highlights and colors. Hand rubbed with food safe mineral oil, this unique board is ready for use!
