Book of the Month Club (BOMC) utilized at least two regional printers, Kingsport Press and Haddon Craftsmen. Kingsport Press printed all of the first BOMC editions with "A" on offers copyright page, but it is not known whether the "W" (or lack of a letter on the copyright page) indicates which printer was used. All BOMC books can be identified by the 1mm blind stamp indention located on bottom corner of rear cover. Item #310561
