Lovely, feminine loose fitting ruffled tunic dress in a blue and white cotton fabric. This dress has a rounded, neckline that has been banded for a very professional finished look, short sleeves with a ruffle edging, two front pockets and a gorgeous 3" ruffled bottom. All seams have been serged and have a beautiful, finished look. High quality cotton that is wash and hang to dry. We've worn it layered with a slip, with leggings, skinny jeans or our cute new white linen pants shown (sold separately). Fits as a tunic on taller ladies. We call this the Brianna dress and it has a similar fit to the Kathi dress. All seams are finished edges and neckline has banded edges, excellent finishing and quality. Designed to be loose fitting, lagen style and looks great on a variety of body types. Measurements as follows:
