2. It will not remain in the prestyled position due to packaging. You have to be a person who is really good at finger styling to achieve the desired look. If you are not familiar with doing that. This is not the wig for you. Please make sure you understand this before purchasing

Cancelations, Exchanges & RETURNS
I don't alow cancelations so please be sure about your purchase offers. Most units can be returned or exchanged for a unit of the same value or less. If it's less, I will refund you the difference. You have to contact me within 3 business days after the wig has been delivered as shown by tracking. Returns are accepted as long as the lace is intact, hang tag is still attached and the wig hasn't been restyled or cut. Please send me a message on Etsy with a photo to show the wig condition, and I will issue refund as soon as I receive and inspect the wig.

There is 15% restocking fee on all return products.

For returns, once I received the returned item(s), if the returned item(s) meet our requirements after inspection, you'll receive your refund within 3 business days minus the restocking fee.


Customers are responsible for return shipping. All returns must be shipped with tracking and the tracking number must be sent to us.
