Constance - Quilt Kit - All the fabric from Janet Clare's Moda collections to piece the offers top and bind this lovely quilt.

This quilt is inspired by the florist Constance Spry as the design involves informally arranging lots of flowers as she loved to do. The beautiful design uses two tones to create a timeless and elegant quilt.

The beautiful design is created using traditional patchwork techniques and fusible appliqué. The detailed pattern guides you through cutting your fabric, piecing the centre panel, preparing and adding the appliqué, adding borders and includes notes on preparing the quilt backing, wadding, layering up and binding

Moda fabric is 100% cotton, a lovely medium weight, and beautiful to sew with. The kit is presented in a calico cotton bag.

The kit is packaged in a cotton bag and includes:
•2 3/4 offers yards indigo fabric for piecing and binding
•3 yards cream fabric
•1.5m of fusible web
•Full colour pattern


The ‘fabric supplied is sufficient to piece the quilt top and to bind. Please note, the kit does NOT include the following, which you will need to finish your quilt:
•Wadding 69" x 69" inches
•Backing fabric, 4 yds fabric (one horizontal seams)
•Matching thread for applique
•Neutral thread for piecing
•Quilting threads


The finished quilt measures 61 x 61 inches.

Having some patchwork experience will make this project easier, but the techniques are simple to learn, making it suitable for all experience levels.
