Antique silver fish knife offers 1861 beautiful engraving full hallmarks

Antique Silver Fish Knife.
This knife has a handle which is carved in an elegant twist, the handle meets the blade in an unusual leaf design and the blade is decoratively engraved.
The condition of this fish knife is good for its age, please see photos for details, it has been professionally cleaned and polished. the handle has a crack which is difficult to photograph.
There is a full British hallmark offers on the blade which includes Queen Victoria's head.
