This is a wonderful set of two, the colors are bright, the cold paint looks good, minor crazing is about all I see.

Each measures as follows;
Right Facing Santa - 3 3/4 inches tall, 3 inches across the front and 1 3/4 inches front to back.
Left Facing Santa - 3 3/4 inches tall, 2 1/2 inches across the front and 1 1/2 inches front to back.
