Lovely antique silver “Extra Plate” footed planter holder by FS Monroe, Jr & Co. of New York. Marked on the bottom. They were active in NY and Boston in the early 1860s. Great pierced design and sturdy construction. It measures 7.5” diameter x 2.3”H and is in very good condition. I have more great vintage decor available as well.
