Pinafore Jesmar Dress needs TLC at the sleeve. The white has a more vintage color white. Is not bright white, but more faded. Pics dont seem to show this offers fact due to lighting, perhaps? Elastics and velcro work nicely still. The sleeve has a rip but fixable for sure. Jesmar tag is seen inside the bloomers and not the dress.
