Stunning, very well made and detailed Royal Doulton " The Balloon Man" Figurine. He was designed by the artist Leslie Harradine. The Balloon man is sitting on a brown box, wearing a brown hat, black coat over moss green pants and burgundy vest. He is holding a bunch of colorful balloons.

MEASUREMENTS:
The figurine is 7.5" tall. It is in great vintage condition.
There are no chips, cracks or repairs.
