offers You are buying a hand made by me, perch/minnow/bream/baitfish trap. It is the newest type I have started making, the improved Shamrock type. It is made out of 1/2" mesh, 19ga galvanized steel, which will last longer than any vinyl coated wire traps. Reason being, the vinyl coating will quickly wear out when exposed to the salt water, as it's not made for use in saltwater, and expose the NON-galvanized metal mesh to quick corrosion. I've use these types of galvanized traps since I was a kiddo down in the Port Mansfield TX and So Padre Island area, and some of them are over 20 yrs old, and still work great.
I've built the trap with mini bungies to close the bait well and emptying hole doors. I will let you add the rope so you can tie the trap off to a dock or post, as only you can determine how long a rope you need.
