Vintage pair of 1950's pillow La with one full side of needlepoint made in Greece. These handmade pillows are really beautiful. I believe it is wool. Measures 15” square The tag says EAAHNIKON and the pillows are made by the artists from Yhe Welcare Fund Athens, part of Their Majesties' Fund, a post WWII guild of Greek artists. These pillows were made from 1949 to 1985. I can pinpoint the purchase to the 1950s as my grandparents visited twice during that time. They aren't fully stuffed which I believe is a how they made these years ago. Unique handmade pillows in excellent vintage condition. I have another listing with a single pillow from the same purchase. No offers damage. Smoke free home.
