Vintage Handmade Sterling Silver Clip Earrings Set With A Scalene Malachite Triangle & MOP Ovals In A Plump Oval Shape And Sawtooth Bezels

Vintage handmade earrings circa 1950's in a rather plump oval shape.

They measure 1 1/4" tall by 1" wide and 3/16" offers at the thickest approximately.

The base is sterling silver with the scalene malachite stone set in the center. A scalene triangle is one where each of its three sides is a different length.

Around the deep green, banded malachite stone is a ring of seven rounded oval mother of pearl shell cabochons. These mop cabochons measure 9 by 7mm in their settings.

All stones are nicely polished in very good condition. The mother of pearl stones have a rich shimmer and softly reflect light.

All of the settings have a sawtooth edge and the stones are firmly set without wobble.

The sterling silver has a mostly darkened patina with some wear typical of vintage pieces, please see all photos.

They are stamped STERLING on the back and are otherwise not marked. The silver clips are unmarked. they can easily be polished with a polishing cloth. I sell them. Here is the link:
