These beautiful fused glass studs are hand-made from Italian glass and millefiori from the island of Murano in Venice. These are formed into beautiful cabochons and mounted on a offers Sterling silver stud post with a Sterling silver butterfly retainer.

Millefiori is Italian for 'a thousand flowers'; elegant glass flowers made in the centuries-old traditional way of layering coloured and transparent glass in multi-coloured flower designs. These pendants have been hand-made from single flowers rather than a thousand, but the effect is just as beautiful.

Studs come in an assortment of colours - see photos above and my other listings for examples. You will receive a varied selection. Let me know if there are any styles you are keen to avoid.

Note that since these studs are hand-made from separate glass millefiori, slight variations in size, shape, colour and design of the finished articles are to be expected.
