Emma Mae Flapper offers Hat Navy with Sequins

Emma Mae is a jaunty little 1920's style hat that can be worn low on the forehead with the eyes peaking out, brim up or brim down.

It's is made from up-cycled silky dress fabric embossed with tiny offers clear sequins. One side of the crown is ruched measuring 4”. The detachable brooch, a small purple rayon flower with brown and purple feathers measures 4”x6” not including the feathers.

The crown is 6” tall and can be turned up 2” exposing the lining and creating a brim. The circular top is 8” in diameter. It comfortably fits 23” around the head.
