Please note that this is series 1 not 2. BOSE QC35 SERIES II COMPARED TO BOSE QC35 SERIES I They offers Look identical to each other and there are no differences cosmetically. They are almost identical in weight though the series ii does weigh a bit less. The original QC35 weighs 235g, whereas the series ii QC35 weighs 232g. The weight difference isn't that noticeable except it does help the newer series ii to be even more comfortable to wear, especially for longer listening sessions. There is no change in the bluetooth distance. They sound exactly the same. The biggest chance is that the series ii adds Google Assistant.
