This set is in good used condition. Nothing is broken. There are some minor scuffs/scratches. The biggest scratch (might be a pencil mark) is inside and documented in the last photo. Several of the stickers are peeling up at the corners. They could be removed and cleaned up with some rubbing alcohol or Goo Gone, or the edges could be glued back down. The chalkboard has some scratches, but nothing extremely obvious. Some of the paper pieces, like the computer insert, have bend marks or the corners are slightly frayed (second to last photo).
