How does sizing work and what measurements are most important?
Wag Theory sizes are categorized by a general indicator (small / medium / large) plus the coat length. There are three important measurements that ensure proper fit: length, neck, and chest. The chest has adjustable straps and typically fits a wide range of pups without issue, but the neck and length are what typically determines if the in stock jacket will work or if a custom dog coat would be preferable.

What are my options if the jacket doesn't fit?
You have a couple options! You can exchange your unworn/unused jacket for another jacket of equal value (within the same size tier), or receive store credit toward the purchase of a Custom coat or different priced item in the store. Please refer to the Exchange + Return policy for full details.
